Lorenzo Mena was born in Madrid, Spain and moved to Berlin, Germany in 2019 where he has his permanent residence

and his studio for creation and therapy.

He is an multi-instrumentalist, electronic & ambient music producer and live performer, as well as a sound and vibration therapist.

Lorenzo studied piano and harmony at the Arturo Soria Conservatory in Madrid.

He later studied drums and folk percussion from cultures such as African, Brazilian, Cuban, and Spanish

including flamenco as well as jazz.

His professional music career began at the age of 18,

when he worked as a drummer and percussionist for various projects in Madrid.

He later spent two years in Lille, France, continuing his work as a session musician.

Before moving to Berlin to focus on his own projects and music production.

There, he also began working as a sound and vibration therapist, creating "Deep Sonic Reset" sessions;

using synthesizers and ambient music.

Lorenzo applies his knowledge of sound, vibration, neuroscience, and geometry of sound

to explore their impact on the human body and nervous system.

Lorenzo currently focuses on his work as a therapist, as well as producing his music and performing live around the world.
